To create an FTP account

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the “Services” and click “My Services”
3. Click on the domain row for the domain you are trying to unlock
4. Click the “Login to cPanel” option on the left side menu
5. Under the “Files” section, click on “FTP Accounts” 
6. Put in the username that you want in the “Log In” text field
7. Input a strong password
8. Choose which directory you want the account to have access to with the “Directory” text field. (Delete anything if you want the account to have access to all of the files of your website)
9. Set quota if you want the account to only be allowed to upload a certain amount of data
10. Click the “Create FTP Account”

To delete an FTP account

1. Log into your account
2. Click on the “Services” and click “My Services”
3. Click on the domain row for the domain you are trying to unlock
4. Click the “Login to cPanel” option on the left side menu
5. Under the “Files” section, click on “FTP Accounts” 
6. Scroll down to the existing FTP Accounts
7. Click the “Delete” option in the row of the account you want to delete
