Website Management Recurring Payments Terms and Conditions

I, the undersigned Client, hereby agree to the following terms and conditions for the provision of website management services by Marshalled Makers LLC (the “Service Provider”):

  1. Description of Services: The Service Provider agrees to provide the Services to you as described in the Reoccuring Website Service Contract signed by the Client.
  2. Payment: You agree to pay the Service Provider for website management services on a monthly basis, in the amount of $100 per month. Payment shall be made on the 1st day of each month, and shall be made by automatic recurring payment using the payment method specified below.
  3. Payment Method: You agree to pay for website management services by providing your credit card information through the Service Provider’s secure checkout page. By providing your credit card information, you authorize the Service Provider to charge your payment method for the agreed-upon amount on a monthly basis for the duration of the website management services.

  2. Confidentiality: The Service Provider shall maintain the confidentiality of all client information and shall not disclose such information to any third party, except as required by law.
  3. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.
